Warranty and Return Policies


Most items receive the original manufacturer's warranty, as outlined in the product information. Clearance items and sold as-is are not covered under any warranty and marked as "final Sale".
Warrranty covers manufacturer's defects, flaws in production and/or poor workmanship. It does not apply if the product failed due to wear and tear, or damage from misuse, storage, accident, dishwasher, excessive heat, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to the original product instructions.


All appliances from Cuisinart, Breville and Nespresso are covered by the manufacturers's warranty and the companies should be contacted directly for warranty claims. Make sure you also register the product with them after purchase.

We require items that are being claimed to be clean, contain all of the original parts, and be accompanied with the original sale receipt. We may require up to 2 weeks to determine if an item qualifies for a warranty claim, after which qualifying items will be repaired or replaced by an equivalent item. An in-store credit will be issued if we are unable to replace the item. Refunds will no be issued for warranty items.

Shipping and Handling charges are not covered by warranty.


We'll gladly refund or exchange a product within 7 days of purchase when you have the original sales receipt. Refunds will be given back on the original tender used to make the purchase.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on :
- items which have been used and/or are missing their original packaging.
- gift cards
- special/custom orders
- final sale items

Special promotion items can only be exchanged.

We will not accept returns or exchanges without the original sales receipt or gift receipt, and we are unable to retrieve lost receipt information.

At any time, we may assess a 25% restocking fee.
